Toner scammers are more active than ever!
Recently, we have received reports that toner scammers are out and as active than ever.
What’s a toner scammer, you ask? Well, dubious actors will call your business and either: Claim they are from “your” copier company or just plainly ask for information regarding your devices. Once they posses this information, you will see supplies intended for your devices show up without request. These are billed at insanely inflated rates. An unknowing receiver may pay these hyper-inflated bills and be “scammed”.
As a customer of Copier Workshop, you may be getting your toner included with your service contract making this a costly mistake. Also, we cannot verify if these supplies are genuine or not and, they may cause damage if they are inferior.
